What we check
A full inspection covers the stack, pots, flaunching, flashing and pointing externally, plus a check for signs of internal damp or staining that might indicate a developing leak.
Who needs one
An inspection is worth having before buying a property with an older chimney, before bringing a disused fireplace back into use, or simply as part of regular roof maintenance.
What happens afterwards
You get a clear, honest report of what's sound and what needs attention, with no pressure — if there's nothing that needs doing, we'll tell you that too.
